JONESBORO, AR. -- The Lumberjack golf team finished competition at the two-day Bubba Barnett Intercollegiate Invitational on Tuesday, finishing with a team score of 907 (+43) to tie for ninth overall. The 'Jacks placed one player in the Top 20 individual finishers, and a second within the Top 40.
Isiah Henderson led the 'Jacks with a 70-71-78-219 (+3) overall, tying for 17th on the individual leader board. Steven Fabik carded a 77-77-75-229 (+13) to finish tied for 39th overall, followed closely by Jake Smelser with a 75-80-75-230 (+14) in a tie for 46th. Alec Brown finished with a score of 77-79-78-234 (+18) to tie for 51st, while Colin Juban (78-76-83-237 (+21) and Jaxon Griffith (81-78-81-240) rounded out the Lumberjacks contingent in the tournament.
