NACOGDOCHES, Texas -- The reigning NCAA national champion SFA Bowling team will host its annual intersquad scrimmage at Texas Pro Bowl this coming Sunday, October 13. The team will divide into two smaller squads which will compete in a best four of seven Baker match. The scrimmage will begin at noon and is open to the public.
Following the match, a poster signing will occur with the team's members and coaching staff.
Fresh off their second national championship a season ago, the Ladyjacks will open the season ranked third in the NTCA Preseason Poll, which was released last week. SFA garnered a total of 1557 points and 20 of the 46 possible first-place votes in the poll, ranking behind Vanderbilt and McKendree. The Ladyjacks return seven bowlers from last season's squad, and will welcome three freshman newcomers to the fold as well.
