
Batista Tied for 19th in the Little Rock Golf Classic After Two Rounds

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. - Senior Alexandria Batista (4-over 148) led the Ladyjacks Monday matching her round one score of 2-over 74. She found herself tied for 19th as she and the SFA women's golf team head into the third and final round of the Little Rock Golf Classic.
The Ladyjacks (29-over 605) improved their round one score by one stroke for an overall score of 14-over 302 and currently sit in 16th place.
Freshman Kate Dishman improved her score by five strokes and rose 29 spots in the standings to tie for 46th at 7-over 151. Fellow freshman Karina Benavides is two strokes behind her and tied for 60th.
Sophomore Zayda Cedillo (14-over 158) shot six strokes better in round two and rose to tied for 82nd. Freshman Sloane Bennett (17-over 161) is tied for 86th.
The Ladyjacks will start the third and final round at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
