
SFA To Host Cleveland State on Thursday

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - After opening Southland Conference play 2-0, the Stephen F. Austin women's tennis team will step out of league competition for their final non-conference match, hosting Cleveland State on Thursday, Mar. 13, at the Schlief Tennis Complex. The match is slated to begin at 4:00 p.m.
SFA (5-5) is coming off a 5-2 win at Central Arkansas on Tuesday. The double partners of junior Julia Lorca and Malena Gordo and seniors Laura Servise and Rachel Pierce each picked up victories over the Sugar Bears, before sophomore Valeria Terentyeva, freshman Denise Maxl, Gordo and Lorca, picked up wins in their singles matches.
CSU (3-9) is coming off its first sweep of the season in a 9-0 victory at McMurry.
Following Thursday's match, the Ladyjacks will be back in action on Saturday when SFA hosts Texas A&M - Corpus Christi.
