McLeroy, McMillan Receive All-SLC Honors

FRISCO, Texas - Junior Mitchell McLeroy and senior Stetson McMillan have been named All-Southland Conference announced league officials Monday afternoon. McLeroy garnered first-team respect while McMillan was named to the honorable mention list.
McLeroy led the Lumberjacks with a top-10 finish at the conference championships, recording a seventh-place finish. A two-time all-conference selection, McLeroy posted seven top-10 finishes in 2011-12. He played some of the best golf of his career down the stretch recording four top-five finishes in the last five tournaments of the season, including a tournament runner-up finish at the UALR/First Tee Intercollegiate and an individual title at the Jim West Intercollegiate.
McMillan garnered honorable mention respect despite missing the first half of the season. He recorded two top-five finishes in 2012 and recorded the team's lowest round in a third tournament. McMillan saved one of his best performances of the season for the Jim West Intercollegiate where he shot a six-under par 210.
