After having three matches rained out over the weekend, the No. 35 Stephen F. Austin women's team returns to action Tuesday when they travel to Houston to take on Iowa State. The match against the Cyclones is slated to begin at 2 p.m. from the John E. Hoff Tennis Complex, on the University of Houston campus.
The 'Jacks are 11-2 on the season, and a perfect 3-0 in Southland Conference play entering Tuesday's match. SFA has won nine-straight matches since a 5-1 setback at No. 5 Baylor back in January. It's current nine-match win streak equals last year's program best to start the season. Iowa State enters the match 3-8, and has three of its last four matches.
Following the non-conference title against ISU, SFA will return to Nacogdoches for a conference battle against Lamar. The match against the Lady Cardinals is slated to begin at 1:30 p.m. from the Schlief Tennis Complex.
