Ladyjacks Wrap Up Play At Kat Klash

HUNTSVILLE, Texas - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks bowling team wrapped up play at the second annual Kat Klash tournament by going 1-2 in the final three best-of-seven bracket play. The No. 10 ranked Ladyjacks (22-15) finished the tournament in 12th place overall with a 5-8 record.
No. 8 Sam Houston State won the home tournament by winning 12 of their 13 matches, including a 4-1 win over Wisconsin-Whitewater in the finals. Vanderbilt, Arkansas State, Nebraska, LIU-Brooklyn, Valparaiso, Louisiana Tech, Monmouth and Alabama A&M rounded out the top 10.
The Ladyjacks be back in action Jan. 11-13 at the Mid-Winter Invitational in Jonesboro, Ark.
