Robbins Named Academic All-SLC

FRISCO, Texas - Senior golfer Kyle Robbins was named to the 2011 Academic All-Southland Conference team announced league officials Tuesday afternoon. It marks the second-straight season that Robbins has received the honor.
The Southlake, Texas native has been one of the team's more consistent players during his four seasons at SFA. Robbins finished off the 2010-11 season with a 75.2 stroke average in 26 rounds of play, recording three top-20 finishes, including one fourth-place finish at the Hal Sutton Classic where fired a two-over par 218.
Robbins closed out his collegiate career by posting a top-20 finish at the 2011 SLC Championships. He was a two-time All-SLC selection during his career.
