FRISCO, Texas - Junior Kyle Robbins has been named third-team All-Southland Conference announced league officials Monday afternoon. It marks the second time in his career that Robbins has earned all-conference honors.
Robbins was the team's most consistent player all season recording four top-10 finishes. He recorded the team's lowest score at five tournaments this season, and carded a team-best 74.41-stroke average. Robbins just missed an individual title when he shot a six-over par 222 to finish second at the Bobby Hurley Auto ORU Shootout.
Robbins guided SFA to two team titles on the season, and closed out his junior campaign with a one-over 217 to finish tied for fourth overall at the 2010 Southland Conference Championships. SFA finished fourth as a team only a stroke out of third place at the conference championships.
