SFA Football Holds Pro-Timing Day

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - - Several NFL scouts arrived on the Stephen F. Austin campus Monday morning with stopwatches and clipboards in hand to observe the Lumberjack seniors at pro-timing day.
NFL scouts from several different teams were at Homer Bryce Stadium to get a first-hand look at the 2009 SFA seniors. The players went through several drills on the field, and went through workouts in the weight room.
The list of athletes taking part in the workouts consisted of 2010 All-Americans Tim Knicky and Duane Brooks, along with All-Southland Conference athletes Contrevious Parks, Aaron Rhea and Karl Glimp among others.
The Lumberjacks will be holding a second pro-timing day Monday, Mar. 29, 2010 at Homer Bryce Stadium.
