Lumberjack Finished Tied For Ninth Overall In Nevada

TAHOE, Nev. - The Stephen F. Austin men's golf team finished competing at the Wolf Pack Classic in Tahoe, Nevada Tuesday. Not being able to play the third round due to weather delays, the Lumberjacks finished ninth out of 15 teams in the tournament carding a 295-296-591.
Junior Stetson McMillan led the Lumberjacks for the second tournament in a row firing a 74-68-142 placing him in a tie for 9th place overall. Sophomore Mitchell McLeroy finished the tournament shooting a 74 in the second round putting him in a tie for 24th place, while senior Kyle Robbins carded a 74-77-151 to put him in a tie for 55th overall.
Junior Jared Johnson shot a 75-78-152 in the tournament and tied for 62nd overall and senior Richard Wilkenfeld finished up the tournament in a tie for 72nd shooting a 79-77-156.
The Lumberjacks will return to competition on October 11 in Huntsville, Texas to compete in the Sam Houston State Invitational.
