SFA Men Are Seventh Place at the ORU Shootout

TULSA, Okla. - Senior Kyle Robbins shot a team best 148 to lead the Stephen F. Austin men's golf team to a seventh-place finish after the first day of the ORU Shootout. Robbins is currently tied for second place overall after shooting a 75-73.
Following Robbins, freshman Mitchell McLeroy posted a 75-77 -- 152, tying for 10th overall. Classmate Austin Green recorded an opening day 152 (77-79), placing him in 23rd overall. Josh Irving finished 14 strokes behind Green putting him in 46th place with a 79-87-166.
The Lumberjacks will close out the final round of the ORU Shootout Tuesday morning. The 'Jacks are slated to tee off at 8:30 a.m.
