SFA Golf Prepares to Host SFA-Bill Hill Classic

MONTGOMERY, Texas - The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjack golf team continues its spring schedule Monday when it hosts the SFA-Bill Hill Classic. The two-day event will take place at Walden on Lake Conroe, in Montgomery, Texas. Walden sports a 6,756-yard, par 72 layout.
The `Jacks will take on teams from McNeese State, Texas-Pan American, Oklahoma Christian and Oklahoma City. The teams will play 36 holes Monday, beginning at 8 a.m., and close out the tournament Tuesday morning with the final round of 18.
The SFA-Bill Hill Classic is the team's second tournament of the spring season. The Lumberjacks recorded a seventh-place finish at the UTSA Oak Hills Invitational last week in San Antonio, Texas.
