Spencer Named Honorable Mention All-SLC

FRISCO, Texas - Stephen F. Austin junior golfer Chad Spencer received honorable mention All-Southland Conference honors announced league officials Thursday afternoon. It marks the first time in Spencer's career that he received the honor.
Spencer was one of the 'Jacks' top golfers all season long and finished 33rd overall at the SLC Championships. After struggling with an opening round 80, Spencer battled back to close out the championships with rounds of 75 and 74. Spencer shot a three-day 229 at the SLC Championships.
