Ladyjack Netters Host Centenary, McNeese State

NACOGDOCHES - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack tennis team kicks off the 2002 home portion of their schedule Friday against Centenary. The match is slated for a 2 p.m. start at the SFA tennis courts. The Ladyjacks come into the match with a 2-1 (.667) overall record. SFA began the 2002 season with back-to-back victories over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and Texas-Pan American. The Ladyjacks beat both squads, 4-3. Last Saturday, Rice handed SFA its first loss of season with a 7-0 decision in Houston.

The Ladyjacks return to the court Saturday for their Southland Conference opener against McNeese State. The match is scheduled for a 2 p.m., start at the SFA Tennis Courts.
