Lumberjack Golf Struggles At UTSA Invitational

The Lumberjack golf team struggled Monday at Oak Hills Country Club in San Antonio, site of the UTSA Invitational. SFA shot rounds of 326-315 and find themselves in 16th place heading into Tuesday's final 18-holes of play. Host UT-San Antonio leads the event after rounds of 287-285, and holds a seven shot lead over second place Wichita State.
Jeremy Ice was the top man for the 'Jacks Monday with rounds of 83-77, and is in 76th place heading into Tuesday's play. Other Lumberjack scores for Monday were:
