SFA In Third After First Day

Tim Speichert led the charge with rounds of 71-74 on the first day of the UALR Intercollegiate in Little Rock, Arkansas. SFA is in third place entering the final day of play, but only seven strokes separate the third place team from tenth place.
Senior Clint Bowden also stands in the top 20 after the first day, shooting rounds of 73-77, and is tied for 16th entering the final 18 holes of play.
