SFA evened their record at 7-7 Saturday as they swept both ends of a doubleheader from the Sam Houston Bearkats to open Southland Conference play.
Mim Van Ryn homered, her third of the year, in game one to spark the Ladyjacks.
In game two, Devin Cobb went the distance inpicking up her third win of the year.
