'Jacks Hang On At #25 in ESPN/USAToday Poll

The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjack football team hung on the 25th spot in this week's ESPN/USAToday top 25 poll, following last Saturday's 31-17 loss to Northwestern State. the loss dropped the 'Jacks to 6-4,(4-2), with Texas Tech remaining in the season finale.
SFA fell out of the top 25 spots in the poll conducted by the Sports Network, garnering enough votes to come in at #26 in the nation according to the 76 voters in this week's sampling.
Montana remains the nation's top ranked I-AA team in both polls, with McNeese State the Southland Football League's highest ranked team. The Cowboys are ranked 11th in both polls, just ahead of Sam Houston State at number 13. Northwestern State also comes in at number 14 in this week's polls.
Kick-off for this weekend's match-up with Texas Tech is set for 1:00 p.m. in Lubbock's Jones SBC Stadium.
