DUNAWAY FINISHES AT FOUR OVER PAR

NACOGDOCHES, Texas -- Stephen F. Austin senior golfer Lance Dunaway closed out his collegiate career over the weekend by firing a final round 72 at the NCAA Central Regional Golf Tournament, held at Victoria Country Club in Victoria, Texas. Dunaway shots rounds of 78-67-72 to finish at 217, four over par. Dunaway finished in a tie for fortieth place.
Dunaway, a senior form Longview, was one of six individuals to earn at-large spots in the field. During the 1999-2000 season, Dunaway won two individual tournament titles and helped the Lumberjacks to team titles in two events as well.
He finished third at the 2000 Southland Conference Golf Championships, and was a First Team All-Southland Conference selection.
