The Stephen F. Austin Athletic Department announced the hiring of Scott Allen as Director of Development on June 11, 2025.
"As a proud alumnus of SFA, I am thrilled to assist in creating championship experiences for student- athletes and coaches, and contribute to the team with SFA Athletics," said Allen.
Allen spent the past nine years as a development officer in the SFA advancement office representing the College of Liberal Arts and the College of Sciences and Mathematics. H moves into the role of Director of Development for SFA Athletics in order to help provide championship resources for our student-athletes. Allen also served as the team chaplain for the SFA baseball team from 2008 to 2021.
A native of East Texas, Allen earned his Bachelor's in Kinesiology and his Master's in History from SFA.
