Ms. Randall is a native to Nacogdoches and a proud Stephen F. Austin State University alumnus. She received her Bachelor of Social Work in 1998 and Master of Social Work in 2001. In 2003, she completed her advanced clinical licensure and has further training in mindfulness, hypnosis and trauma. Ms. Randall has always had a love of sports and in 2020-2021 completed her board certification as a Sports Social Worker. She has worked with athletes from high school to professional level and joined SFA Athletics in 2021. Ms. Randall has been pivotal in integrating a team approach to mental health and introducing new therapeutic modalities within the SFA Sports Medicine team. In 2022, she became an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Certified Clinician and is currently pursuing a certification in Brainspotting. She is the co-chair for the EMDRIA (EMDR International Association) Performance Enhancement Committee, a member of the Alliance of Social Workers in Sports and the Association of Applied Sports Psychology. Ms. Randall is a member of the US Olympic and Paralympic Mental Health Registry and the Alliance of Social Workers in Sports Provider Network. She actively participates in nationwide collaborations with collegiate and professional athletic mental health professionals, as well as, major league baseball organizations to assist in the development of quality mental health treatment for the unique mental health and mental performance needs of elite athletes.

In her spare time, Holly can be found spending time with her husband and 2 daughters, Chloe and Layce, camping at the lake, snow skiing or loving on her grand-pups. She enjoys watching all sports, but during the season, you can find her as a loud and proud spectator cheering on SFA Basketball and Baseball teams.
