Before SFA | Matriculated to DME Academy in Daytona Beach, Fla., where he underwent a year of college prep while playing for the DME Lakers...Under the direction of head coach Chris Chaney, emerged as the second-leading scorer on the Lakers...Put in 12.8 points per game and added a team-leading 5.8 rebounds per game...Helped the Lakers' record settle at 31-2 in 2015-16.
High School | A full-fledged star on the Georgia high school basketball scene, distinguished himself as one of the finest players in class AAAAA by leading Martin Luther King High School to the quarterfinals of the state tournament during his final prep campaign...In that 2014-15 season, pumped in 15.8 points per game and rounded out his double-double average by grabbing 11.8 rebounds per tilt...Helped lead the Lions to a mark of 24-6 and a ranking as the 31st-best high school team in the state...Also strutted his stuff on the AAU scene by suiting up for the Georgia Tornadoes.
