Kwa Jones is entering his first season as the Director of Basketball Operations for the Lumberjacks. Before joining SFA, Jones worked with the Sacramento Kings as a video coaching associate. He also worked with former SFA Coach Brad Underwood at the University of Illinois as a graduate asssitant for two seasons. Kwa has a Master's degree in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism from the University of Illinois. Jones did his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston where he spent three years as the on-court stdent manager for the Cougars. He also worked as a basketball manager at Jacksonville (Texas) College while earning an Associate of Science degree. Jones returns to Nacogdoches where he played basketball for four years at Nacogdoches High School.
