2022-23 (Senior): Started in 25/31 games for UC Riverside, averaging 4.5 points and 3.7 rebounds/game. Recorded three separate ten-point games for the Highlanders against UCLA, Utah, and UC San Diego. Scored a season high 15 points against Utah on 12/17/22 and chipped in two rebounds, two assists, and two blocks.

2021-22 (Junior): Recorded 14 starts for UC Riverside, while finishing third on the team in rebounds with 3.9/game and averaging 4.3 points/game. Scored a season high 10 points on 7/8 free throw shooting against Cal Poly on 2/19/22.

2019-20 (University of Northern Colorado): Played in 29 games, averaging 8.1 minutes/game, while shooting 34% from the three-point line.

Personal: Mele is the daughter of Alicia and Ofeina Finau and sister to Mataio, Lesila, and Lola. She is transferring to SFA from UC Riverside and is a graduate student pursuing a degree in Public Administration.
