Axe 'Em Acres
The Stephen F. Austin Department of Athletics is excited to announce year two of Axe ‘Em Acres presented by CBTx.
Join us at "The Acres" each home football gameday for a tailgating experience the entire family will enjoy. Complete with live music, vendors and over an acre of space to setup your tailgate right next to the main entrance to Homer Bryce Stadium. Tailgating is free and drop off is available until 4 hours prior to kickoff. Following drop off, fans are asked to park in lots they have parking permits for or in any of the public parking areas throughout campus.
"We're excited to provide the SFA community with outstanding entertainment featuring live music with an incredible college football experience this fall," said SFA Director of Athletics Ryan Ivey. "Music is part of the fabric that makes Nacogdoches and East Texas special, and it is our goal to provide the community with the chance to experience one of the pillars of our wonderful community.”

Lot Closure and Access
- Steen Lot (North section adjacent to Gate 1 and the Ag Pond) will be closed at 5 p.m. on Friday prior to the game.
- Two hours prior to kick – Music starts and Axe’Em Acres vendor and activities are open to fans
- 45 minutes prior to kick – Concert ends
