LAKE CHARLES, La.- SFA placed first in both team races, scoring 32 points in the women's 3k and 25 in the men's 5k.

Mercy Kipchumba won the 3k in 9:40.0 with a 5:11.1 average mile. Lathan Lewter placed first in the 5k in 14:34.9, averaging 4:41.6 per mile. Paul Kiprotich finished third in the 5k in 14:44.0. Valentine Jemutai added a fifth-place finish in the 3k with a time of 10:16.1.
