No. 3 Ladyjack Beach Sweeps No. 6 SELU in First Round of SLC Championship

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas -- The No. 3 seed Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks defeated the No. 6 Southeastern Louisiana Lady Lions in the first round of the inaugural Southland Conference Beach Volleyball Championship today, starting out on a dominant 4-0 note in the opening stanza of the tournament. The 'Jacks are now set to face No. 2 seed Houston Baptist at 2:00 p.m. today.

SFA split the regular season series with the Huskies in two outings, with HBU edging the 'Jacks back on April 18th, 4-1. On April 2nd, the Ladyjacks grabbed a 3-2 victory.
