Lumberjack Football Home Opener Information

NACOGDOCHES, Texas -- Lumberjack football is back in action in Nacogdoches this Saturday, as SFA Athletics presents the 2020 home opener sponsored by Tipton Ford. As a result of national, state and local guidelines, certain protocols and changes to the typical game day routine have become necessary. Fans are encouraged to refer to the following guidelines as Saturday approaches, in order to ensure a safe, enjoyable and orderly experience for everyone in the Lumberjack family.
ABOUT THE GAME
Kickoff between SFA and West Texas A&M is set for 4:00 p.m. The matchup is the sixth all-time between the two teams, with SFA holding a 3-2 advantage in the series. The last meeting between the two teams occurred in 1997, with the Lumberjacks prevailing by a 35-17 score.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Mask use is required on the campus of SFA and within all facilities. Additionally, fans are encouraged to maintain social distancing whenever possible inside the stadium and concourses.
ENTRANCES
There are three main ticketed entrances to Homer Bryce Stadium. The entrance located at the southeast corner of the stadium is designated as Gate 1. The entrance at the southwest corner of the stadium will be designated as Gate 2 and the entrance on the northwest side is designated as Gate 3. All gates open 90 minutes before kickoff.
Suite and Press levels may be accessed with the elevator located near Gate 3 and credentials will be required.
WILL CALL
For those fans that selected Will Call to pick up their tickets, you may claim your tickets at Gate 2 in the southwest ticket booth.
PLAYER PASS
SFA Player Pass pickup is located in the northwest corner of the stadium at Gate 3.
Visitor Player Pass pickup is located in Gate 1 on the southeast corner of the stadium.

CONCESSIONS
In order to accommodate fans in a quick and orderly fashion while not overcrowding walkways, a third concessions area has been installed underneath the scoreboard at the south end of the stadium. Additional vendors are located throughout the stadium as well.
LUMBERJACK MARCHING BAND
The Lumberjack Marching Band will play a pregame and halftime show from their seats on the visiting (east) bleachers. Following the game, the band will play a show on the field.
