In a move meant to improve the safety and experience of our fans and game staff, the SFA Athletics department announced it has made the transition to Mobile First ticketing.
"We are excited about our new Mobile First ticket policy and growing our partnership with Paciolan", said SFA Director of Athletics Ryan Ivey. "Our new Mobile First process will allow us to improve the fan experience, while allowing our department to become more efficient and flexible to serve our fans. A great game day experience is, and always will be a mission critical goal for us, and our Mobile First process is another opportunity to take a step forward in achieving our vision of being the leading mid-major athletics department in the Nation, while ensuring a safe and convenient way for ticket delivery and facility entrance."
Fans will still be able to purchase tickets online for Mail delivery, Will Call pickup the day before the game, immediate Print-at-Home and the preferred method of immediate Mobile Delivery. No matter the option chosen, we will create a mobile copy of your ticket in your on-line account that may be used to gain access to our athletic events.
"We are really excited to move in this direction and Paciolan has been a great partner through this upgrade", said Assistant Athletic Director for Ticketing and Business Development Wally Crittenden. "We have completely rebuilt the Pick Your Own seat maps, added pricing options and now have streamlined the ability for our fans to use their mobile devices to enter our facilities. As always, we will be there every step of the way ensuring a fun and safe experience for everyone."
Along with this announcement, the SFA Athletic department has prepared a series of Mobile First How-to Videos as well as a printer-friendly Mobile First guide as you learn about the platform upgrade.
