SFA Athletics Announces COVID-19 Ticket Refund Policy

COVID-19 Credit or Refund Procedure
All fans who have purchased Southland Conference Basketball Tournament tickets or SFA Baseball/Softball tickets are eligible to apply your, pro-rated, remaining balance towards any of our 2020/21 ticket options we have as a credit. We will be adding new Season, and Single Game, ticket price levels to football and are proud to announce we will be ticketing soccer and volleyball next fall! Courtside seating, Reserved seating, VIP Suite Passes and General Admission seating are all options eligible to apply your credit, based on remaining availability.
Another option we are making available to fans, is the ability to roll your ticket balance into a Purple Lights Fund (PLF) donation. The benefits of PLF membership are multi-layered and may be found online at https://purplelightsfund.org.
For those fans that still prefer a refund, you may reach out to our ticket office to request additional documentation for your remaining balance to be processed as a refund.
Feel free to call the SFA Ticket Office Monday - Friday during the hours of 9-5 pm at (936-468-5225) to discuss your credit or refund options. The East ticket window will be the only option made available for in-person discussions and processing.
