SFA adds to 12-member roster for next season
NACOGDOCHES, Texas – Fresh off its third straight 25-win season in 2018-19, the Ladyjacks have added a transfer to the roster for the upcoming season in redshirt sophomore Tasharian Robinson, SFA head coach Mark Kellogg announced on Wednesday. Robinson is a 5-11 guard who hails from League City, Texas and joins the Ladyjacks after spending the past two years at UTSA.

"We are thrilled to add Tasharian to our Ladyjack family", said SFA head coach Mark Kellogg. "We recruited Tasharian out of high school and feel like she is a great fit for our program. She is a versatile player that can play all three guard positions. Offensively, she can shoot the three, put it on the floor and get to the rim. Tasharian also has great court vision and plays unselfish basketball. On the defensive side, she will be able to utilize her length and aggressiveness to be a premier defender in the Southland Conference. Ladyjack fans will love the passion and energy that she plays with every night she steps on the court."

Robinson started a total of 16 games for the Roadrunners in 2017-18, finishing fourth on the team in points (224), third in rebounds (155) and third in steals (17). She took a redshirt during the 2018-19 campaign and will join the Ladyjacks with three years of eligibility remaining. Prio to joining UTSA she was a four-year letterwinner at Clear Springs High School in League City, Texas, where she led her team to the regional final as a senior. She was a first-team all-region and first-team all-district selection in her final prep campaign and was also named her team's defensive MVP.
