SFA Strength and Conditioning to Host Sport Performance Clinic

The Stephen F. Austin strength and conditioning program will host its third annual Sports Performance Clinic on the campus of Stephen F. Austin State University on Saturday, April 21, 2018. This clinic has established itself as a key event for all middle school, high school, and college coaches and assistant coaches in the east Texas area. With the goal of becoming the "Strength & Conditioning Hub of East Texas", attendees will get to learn from some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in practice today. All attendees will receive a notebook with copies of all sessions and a light breakfast and box lunch will be served. Continuing Education Certificates can be generated if needed for those looking to turn them in to their respective institutions for credit.
