25 Student-Athletes Receive Degrees at August Commencement

Student-athletes from 13 of SFA's 17 sports take part in summer commencement exercises
NACOGDOCHES, Texas - Saturday morning inside William R. Johnson Coliseum, 25 Stephen F. Austin student-athletes joined the ranks of the SFA alumni after receiving their degrees as part of the university's August commencement activities.
Collectively, the group of student-athletes helped SFA capture 14 Southland Conference regular season titles throughout their careers as well as three Southland Conference Commissioner's Cups.
Included in the list of graduates were four players from various sports who earned All-Southland Conference acclaim during their collegiate careers. Kelly Craig (soccer), Aliyah Davis (women's track & field), Jonathon Joe (men's track & field) and Justice Walker (volleyball) each collected All-Conference accolades on at least one occasion throughout their collegiate careers.
