
Reynolds Joins Media Relations Staff

NACOGDOCHES, Texas -- Zach Reynolds has been hired as Assistant Director of Media Relations, Stephen F. Austin Athletics announced on Tuesday. Reynolds will serve as the primary media contact for men's basketball, volleyball, baseball, and tennis.
Prior to joining the Lumberjacks, Reynolds was an athletic communications assistant at Harvard University, where he worked as the primary contact for the men's volleyball, women's tennis, men's and women's fencing, and coed and women's sailing teams. He also played a role as a secondary contact for the women's basketball and men's ice hockey teams, and assisted in Harvard's hosting of ESPN's College GameDay.
In Cambridge, Reynolds' responsibilities included writing game notes and press releases, filming and editing video features for GoCrimson.com, and regulating various social media accounts.
Reynolds earned his master's degree from the VCU Center for Sport Leadership in 2014, and acted as an athletic communications graduate assistant during his time in Richmond, gaining experience with each of VCU's 15 varsity teams, including the nationally ranked men's basketball program.
A native of Bend, Oregon, Reynolds earned his bachelor's degree from Oregon State in 2013.
