
Woydziak and Autry Honored In Vote Of SLC Coaches

Carrie Woydziak, a freshman from Round Rock, and Crissy Autry, a junior from Baytown have been named honorable mention All-Southland Conference in a vote of conference head coaches.
Woydziak played in 39 games, making 37 starts for the year. She missed about three weeks with a wrist injury. She led the team in several offensive categories including: batting average (.325); stolen bases (15); on-base percentage (.427) and doubles (7). She also finished second on the team in runs scored with 23.
Autry, a right handed pitcher, posted an 11-15 record on the mound for SFA, making 26 starts on the year. She appeared in 37 games and led the team with a 1.86 ERA. She also led the team in innings pitched (165.2); strikeouts (195); opponent batting average (.181); and home runs allowed (14).
She tossed two shutouts on the year and also picked up three saves on the season.
