SFA Softball To Host Youth Clinic

Members of the SFA softball team and coaching staff will conduct a youth clinic for area youngsters, November 16 at the Coy Simms Softball Complex in Nacogdoches. The clinic is free for youngsters ages 8-12, and costs $10 for high school athletes ages 13-18.
There will also be a coaching clinic conducted for parents and coaches during the player's clinic on an adjoining field.
Coach Jennifer Poulsen along with her staff and members of the 2003 SFA softball team will put players through various drills designed to imrove skills associated with hitting, fielding, throwing, base running and pitching.
The clinic is set to get underway at 10:00 a.m. and will run through 1:00 p.m.. Call the softball office at (936) 468-4464, or e-mail coach poulsen at:
