Four SFA Signees Nominated For McDonald's All-America

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - Four Ladyjack signees from head coach Brandon Schneider's first class at SFA were named to the McDonald's all-America list of nominees on Friday.
The class was recently ranked 35th in the country by Collegiate Basketball Report and currently includes five incoming freshmen and a pair of Division I transfers currently on the roster but sitting out the season due to NCAA transfer requirements.
Four of those incoming freshmen - Ashley Bettis (Channelview HS), Daylyn Harris (Livingston HS), Tierany Henderson (Austin LBJ HS) and Kyaris Johnson (Mansfield Legacy HS)- were named to the list midway through their senior seasons.
Only 24 girls in the nation will be selected to the all-America team that will be announced Feb. 10.
