NACOGDOCHES, Texas - Centennial High School receiver Dominique Carroll has decided to further his education, and play football at Stephen F. Austin next fall head coach J.C. Harper announced Friday afternoon. Carroll adds his name to a list of 22 high school standouts, and three transfers that signed with SFA Wednesday.
A 6-3, 170-pound prospect from Frisco, Texas, Carroll becomes the fifth receiver to add his name to the Lumberjacks' roster. A second-team all-district selection, Carroll hauled in 35 passes for 454 yards and eight touchdowns this past season.
Carroll was a two-year starter for coach Mark Howard at Centennial High School. He showed his versatility as an athlete earning varsity letters in basketball and track.
