Ladyjack Academic Shootout Set for Feb. 28th

NACOGDOCHES - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack basketball team will host Texas State Thursday, Feb. 28 in their annual Ladyjack Academic Shootout. The game is slated to begin at 7 p.m. from the William R. Johnson Coliseum.
The academic shootout is an annual event the Ladyjacks do to help raise funds for summer school scholarships. Fans can pledge a dollar amount for every point the Ladyjacks score, or they can donate a flat amount. Registration will take place at the North entrance of the William R. Johnson Coliseum prior to every Ladyjack home game.
Last season the Ladyjacks recorded one of their better Academic Shootout performances of the season scoring 82 points in a victory over Sam Houston State.
